- A realistic OTE of around £50,000 (base salary plus uncapped commission)

The Role:
You’ll be working out in the field, meeting people face-to-face and helping them understand the benefits of a new service that’s just launched in their area. It’s about building relationships, having quality conversations, and offering a product that can really improve their day-to-day life.
You’ll also:
- Knock on doors and speak to potential customers in areas already set up for the service
- Build your own pipeline and hit monthly sales targets
- Answer questions and explain how the service works (full training provided)
- Keep track of your activity using simple online tools like HubSpot
- Attend local events and community days to raise awareness
- Share local insights and feedback with the wider team
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in face-to-face sales ideally door-to-door, canvassing or event-based
- Someone who’s confident, enthusiastic, and enjoys working with people
- A strong communicator who can explain things clearly and handle objections
- A full UK driving licence - this is essential as the role involves regional travel
- Someone self-motivated and comfortable working independently
