Overview: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to join our client's growing team, supporting the delivery of commercial and industrial projects with values up to £3 million. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a key role in securing and delivering high-quality mechanical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC projects up to £3m
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Produce detailed take-offs for materials, labour, and equipment
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations
- Support the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams
- Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions
- Maintain and update estimating databases and cost models
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HVAC estimating within commercial and/or industrial sectors
