About the Company
Our client is a growing electrical engineering contractor delivering projects across the South East. The business is expanding steadily and maintains a strong focus on quality delivery, health and safety compliance, and effective project management from inception through to completion.
Role Overview
The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of electrical projects, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and deliver projects according to programme, budget and quality
- Manage overall project delivery from inception to practical completion
- Produce RAMS and apply safe, practical, and productive electrical engineering skills
- Carry out safety audits and deliver toolbox talks
- Manage health and safety to the highest standard, monitoring and reporting any incidents
- Take responsibility for project costs and variation accounts
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers as required
Requirements
- Good IT skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills
- Completed a registered apprenticeship or equivalent electrical training
- ECS card holder
- Full UK driving licence
- Electrical practical experience
- Management experience, 3 years preferred
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred
