Role Overview
The Electrical Project Manager will oversee the delivery of CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver CAT A and CAT B electrical fit-out projects across London and the Home Counties.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of projects.
- Lead site teams and provide technical guidance where required.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in electrical fit-out projects, ideally within leisure and commercial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of CAT A and CAT B fit outs.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Relevant electrical qualifications (HNC/HND or equivalent desirable).
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London and the Home Counties.
