Location: Romsey, Southampton (Office-Based)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm

Salary: £23,000 – £30,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission

The Role

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to generate new business and promote telecom solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys building rapport over the phone, and is highly motivated by commission and performance-based rewards. This is a fully office-based role based in Romsey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making high-volume outbound telesales calls to prospective customers
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable telecom solutions
  • Building strong relationships and maintaining a professional, engaging phone manner
  • Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
  • Accurately updating CRM systems with call outcomes and customer information
  • Working collaboratively within a supportive sales team

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven outbound telesales experience (essential)
  • Previous experience within the telecommunications sector (essential)
  • Confident, clear, and persuasive telephone communication skills
  • A strong desire to earn commission and exceed targets
  • Outgoing, fun, and positive personality
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude
