Optima Site Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a prestigious high-end external cyclical decorations project in Marylebone, London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor working on premium residential and commercial properties, delivering high-quality external refurbishment and decoration works.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the site
- Oversee high-end external cyclical decoration works
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site operatives
- Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest standards
- Maintain site health and safety compliance
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Liaise with clients, residents, and project stakeholders
- Complete and maintain all required site documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of Site Manager experience
- Experience managing high-end external cyclical decorations projects
- Valid SMSTS Certificate
- Valid First Aid at Work Certificate
- CSCS Card
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to manage programmes and deliver projects on time
