Senior Solar Solutions Manager Location: Weybridge, Surrey regular travel to sites required Salary: 45,000 55,000 DOE Company Vehicle or Car Allowance Optima is recruiting an experienced Senior Solar Solutions Manager on behalf of a growing renewable energy business operating predominantly across London and the Southeast. This is a key role within the company s expanding Solar PV and Battery Storage division, working closely with the Technical Director to oversee projects from initial enquiry and site survey through to installation, commissioning and final handover. We are looking for someone with strong solar PV and electrical project delivery experience who can take ownership of multiple projects, coordinate engineers and subcontractors, manage suppliers and communicate confidently with clients. Key Responsibilities Support the Technical Director with the day-to-day running and development of the Solar and Battery Storage division. Plan, coordinate and manage Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (EESS) installations. Review site surveys, system designs, quotations and project requirements. Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, labour, materials, plant and access equipment. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring programmes and deadlines are achieved.
