Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer Location: Driffield We are seeking a skilled and experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer to join a fast-growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to take the next step in their career. You will be part of a team that values quality work and customer satisfaction! Key Responsibilities: • Installation of commercial and residential air conditioning systems • Installation of commercial refrigeration systems • Diagnose and repair faults, including components such as compressors and fan motors • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) • Work independently with a company van and apprentice • Complete detailed job reports and maintain clear communication with customers and office staff • Occasional overnight stays within the UK may be required • Ability to work on additional equipment is beneficial (training can be provided) Requirements: • F-Gas Certification • Full UK driving licence • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent) • Hydrocarbons qualification (advantageous) • Electrical qualifications and/or relevant experience • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills • Experience with AC and refrigeration system installation and repair • Strong attention to detail and high quality of work What Is On Offer: • Brand new company van, tools, equipment, uniform, phone, and tablet • Salary of £40 000 with company pension • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays • Overtime opportunities • Ongoing training and development • Supportive and friendly team environment Working Hours: • Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm • Occasional weekend availability • Overtime available
