Sales Manager required for our client located in Chichester a professionally recognised estate agency. Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales leads for mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings, and property valuations as well as communicating and liaising with our area new homes support team ensuring relevant marketing and sales administration is managed appropriately. The Sales Managerwill ideally have exceptional customer service, and the ability to liaise at all levels with some experience in residential estate agents or an experienced estate agent with some New Homes experience. Sales Manager Remuneration * Basic Salary: £25,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 3 months) * On Target Earnings: £40,000 – £50,000 * Car Allowance: £3,000 or Company Car * Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off) * Holiday Commission * 33 days paid Holiday + an extra day off for your birthday * Pension contribution * Life Insurance * Company Rewards and Incentives * Paid entry fees for charitable events * Full package discussed at interview stage Sales Manager Requirements • Proven listing / business generation track record • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role • Proven ability to manage budgets, coach teams and inspire people to meet targets and win business • A full driving license…
