Optima Site Solutions is recruiting an experienced Multi-Trade Operative for ongoing work in Pimlico .

We are looking for a dependable and versatile tradesperson with a strong background in property maintenance and refurbishment.

Candidates must have previous experience working within social housing.

Duties Will Include

  • Bathroom installations and replacements, including toilets, basins, and associated plumbing works
  • First and second-fix plumbing

* General carpentry works, including

  • Boxing-in
  • Skirting boards
  • Architraves
  • Kitchen fitting (advantageous)
  • Wall tiling
  • Basic painting and decorating

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative
  • Previous social housing experience is required
  • Ability to work independently and complete jobs to a high standard
  • Own tools and PPE
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
