NVQ Assessor required for our client, a leading sustainable business who specialise in courses for the DEA, RA and RC industry. The NVQ Assessor will be responsible for coordinating the NVQ process from induction through to completion. The NVQ Assessor will conduct assessments for non-vocational qualifications, ensuring that they meet standards set by awarding bodies.
Remuneration:
- £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
- 37.5 hour week – Monday to Friday
- 25 days + bank holidays
- 14 days sick pay
- Office based but flexible working opportunities can be discussed

Duties:
- Develop new and interactive course content
- Provide clear, constructive, and timely feedback to learners on their performance
- Develop and maintain assessment plans, portfolios, and records of evidence
- Participate in standardisation meetings and CPD activities to stay updated with industry trends and best practices
- Complete return to work interviews
