Operations Manager – Solar (North West)

Salary : £50,000–£60,000 per annum + Company Van + Additional Benefits

A leading solar energy company in the North West is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join their high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role.

What We’re Looking For :

• Fully qualified Electrician with extensive electrical and solar experience
• 18th Edition qualification
• Gold Card
• Recognised solar qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong operational understanding and the ability to work both on-site and strategically
• Available to start January 2026

Role Overview :

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across all installations. The role is split approximately 50% on-site / 50% office or remote, supporting project delivery and team performance.
