Multi-Trade Operatives Required\\nLocations: London (North and South), Essex, Hertfordshire and Suffolk\\nSalary: £31,000–£39,000 per annum (depending on experience)\\nSector: Repairs and Maintenance, Social Housing\\nJob Type: Full-time, Permanent\\nStart Date: January\\n\\nAbout the Company\\nOur client is a respected Repairs and Maintenance contractor working across London, Essex, Hertfordshire and Suffolk, and they are expanding their team due to continued growth within the business. They are seeking multiple Multi-Trade Operatives and Plumbers to support maintenance contracts within Social Housing properties, carrying out a wide range of tasks from emergency make-safe repairs through to full property refurbishments.\\n\\nSalary and Benefits\\n\\n * £31,000–£39,000 per annum (depending on experience)\\n\\n * A van and fuel card can be provided\\n\\n * Out-of-hours pay in addition to base salary\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Carry out day-to-day maintenance tasks, emergency make-safe repairs and full refurbishments within Social Housing properties\\n\\n * Undertake a range of multi-trade duties including painting, carpentry, plastering and plumbing\\n\\n * Complete detailed job reports and documentation through the web-based system\\n\\n * Work across London (North and South), Essex, Hertfordshire and Suffolk\\n\\n * Participate in out-of-hours emergency cover, paid in addition to base salary\\n\\n * Maintain a proactive approach to repairs and service delivery\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\n * Experience as a Multi Trade Operative or Plumber within repairs and maintenance\\n\\n * Ability to perform a variety of basic trades to a competent standard\\n\\n * Proactive, positive attitude with strong problem-solving ability\\n\\n * Comfortable completing administrative tasks and digital reporting\\n\\n * Must supply your own tools
