About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated and skilled climbing arborist to perform tree pruning, removals, and other arboricultural tasks using modern climbing techniques and equipment. You’ll work with a team of certified arborists on a variety of residential, commercial, and municipal projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform technical tree climbing and aerial tree work using ropes and harnesses
  • Prune, remove, and maintain trees to BS3998 standards
  • Operate chainsaws, rigging gear, and other industry-standard tools safely and effectively
  • Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols (PPE, job site hazard assessments, etc.)
  • Communicate effectively with the crew leader, ground crew, and clients

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience as a climbing arborist (or equivalent training)
  • Proficiency in rope climbing and rigging techniques
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong work ethic, teamwork, and commitment to safety
