Optima Site Solutions is currently looking for an experienced Data Centre M&E Site Manager to oversee and coordinate site activities on technically complex, mission-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations, engineers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate M&E, HVAC and commissioning activities.
- Monitor project progress, quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and manage RAMS, permits and toolbox talks.
- Attend site meetings and report progress to the Project Manager.
- Ensure all works are completed safely and on schedule.
Job Requirements
- Valid SMSTS (SSSTS may be considered).
- First Aid at Work certificate.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on construction, M&E or commissioning projects.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Good communication, organisational and IT skills.
- Data centre experience preferred.
- HVAC and commissioning experience desirable.
