Scaffolding Manager\\n\\nLocation: Midlands\\nSector: Residential, Commercial and Solar\\nEmployment Type: Full-Time, Permanent\\nSalary: Negotiable, dependent on experience\\n\\nAbout the Company\\n\\nOur client is an established Midlands-based scaffolding contractor operating across residential, commercial and solar projects, with an annual turnover of approximately Β£1.5m. The business has a strong regional reputation for safe delivery, compliance, and reliability, and is now focused on continued growth.\\n\\nRole Overview\\n\\nThe Scaffolding Manager will work closely with the Director to oversee the day-to-day running of the business. This senior role is responsible for operational delivery, managing a team of 10β20 scaffolders, ensuring full health and safety compliance, and supporting business development through existing industry relationships and tender opportunities.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Support the Director in the overall management and smooth operation of the business\\n\\n * Plan, coordinate and oversee scaffolding projects across residential, commercial and solar sectors\\n\\n * Manage labour, logistics, materials and scheduling to ensure safe, timely and cost-effective delivery\\n\\n * Lead and supervise a team of 10β20 scaffolders, including site visits and toolbox talks\\n\\n * Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations, including RAMS and site inspections\\n\\n * Act as a point of contact for clients, inspectors and regulatory bodies\\n\\n * Support tendering, pricing and client proposals, using existing industry contacts\\n\\n * Provide regular operational and commercial updates to the Director\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\n * Proven experience in a senior scaffolding role (Manager, Supervisor or Contracts Manager)\\n\\n * Strong knowledge of scaffolding regulations and best practice\\n\\n * Experience managing teams across multiple projects\\n\\n * SMSTS, or SSSTS with strong experience\\n\\n * CISRS Advanced Scaffolder, or equivalent experience\\n\\n * Commercial awareness with the ability to support business development\\n\\n * Full UK driving licence\\n\\nWhatβs on Offer\\n\\n * Negotiable salary, dependent on experience\\n\\n * Senior leadership role with real influence on business operations and growth\\n\\n * Long-term, permanent opportunity within a stable and established scaffolding contractor
