Optima are actively searching for multiple Field Sales candidates to join a client who is growing rapidly across the country within an exciting sector. If successful, you will be joining an established sales team where your role is to be the 'face' of the company, representing their brand and introducing their products and services to potential new customers.

As this is a full-time, field-based sales role, you must hold a Full UK Driving License as a company car will be provided.

Full Time Package:

  • Competitive basic salary of £25,000 + company car.
  • Uncapped commission – expected earnings around £60k in the first year.
  • Top earners are exceeding £80k in the last 12 months.
  • All expenses covered including fuel with a company debit card.
  • All product training provided.

The Role:

  • Door-to-door selling into assigned territories.
