A fast-growing company operating across renewable energy and grid infrastructure projects in the UK is seeking a Part-Time Admin / Bookkeeper to take ownership of all office-based responsibilities and support the smooth running of operations.
Location: Lincolnshire
Salary: Β£24,000 per annum based on experience
Hours: Part-Time (with potential to become Full-Time)/Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative and financial tasks
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and subcontractors
- Handle HSE-related documentation (experience with Citation or Atlas platforms preferred)
- Issue invoices and monitor payments
- Collect and process weekly timesheets from site teams
- Maintain insurance certificates and compliance records
- Manage tax and VAT submissions and payments
- Assist with drafting contracts for clients and subcontractors
- Liaise with site teams and management to support project delivery
What Weβre Looking For:
- A self-starter with strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience in bookkeeping and general administration
