We are seeking a motivated, commercially driven, and proactive individual to join a growing sales team focused on expanding a portfolio of international business events. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities across a range of industry sectors and engaging with senior decision-makers from organisations of varying sizes.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: £30,000–£35,000 (dependent on experience)
- Uncapped commission structure with monthly payments and performance bonuses
- Year 1 On-Target Earnings (OTE): approximately £60,000 / Longer-term earning potential: £75,000–£100,000+
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the commercial success of a portfolio of international B2B events.
- Identify, develop, and maintain a pipeline of prospective exhibitors, sponsors, and commercial partners.
- Generate revenue through the sale of exhibition space, sponsorship opportunities, and related event products.
- Execute consistent outbound sales activity and work towards individual and team revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records and manage opportunities within the company's CRM system.
- Engage with prospective clients through a combination of cold outreach, networking, referrals, and existing relationships.
- Build and manage relationships with both new and existing clients to maximise value and event participation.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing and operations, to support successful event delivery.
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales cycle.
