Job Description:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Supporting managers with scheduling jobs
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service
- Organising schedules, managing diaries, and booking appointments
- Processing key documents including reports, invoices, and quotations
- Contributing to targets and continuous improvement
