Job Description:
- Scheduling engineers to carry out works for commercial customers nationwide
- Liaising with customers to confirm works
- Booking accommodation where necessary for engineers carrying out jobs further afield
- Completing job sheets
- Organising permits for engineers
- Ordering parts
- Producing quotes
- Answering phone calls
- Responding to emails
- Raising invoices for balance payments and deposits
- Providing general office support to the team
