Our client is a well-established and growing business looking to recruit a Product Support Co-ordinator to join their friendly team. This is a busy and varied role where you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and efficient service via telephone and email. You will play an important part in ensuring enquiries are handled effectively, orders are processed accurately, and customers receive a positive experience throughout their journey.

  • c £27,000 salary
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
  • Parking on site

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, identifying appropriate solutions.
  • Process customer orders, requests and amendments accurately.
  • Maintain and update customer records using internal systems.
  • Provide customers with clear information regarding products and services.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and service standards.
  • Support the wider team in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Providing technical support, help and support.
  • Achieve agreed service levels and response time targets.
