Job description:
- Using social media, LinkedIn and job boards to connect with businesses
- Monitoring websites, socials, and Google for job vacancies
- Keeping track of company PSLs and making relevant applications
- Scheduling calls in order to build up a pipeline
- Following up warm leads provided by the Consultants
- Using our CRM system to qualify contact details
- Sending out and following up marketing literature
- Dropping gifts to clients whilst carrying out market research in new areas
- Negotiating terms of business for temporary and permanent positions
- Taking and reviewing job vacancies, working closely with the Consultants
- Visiting new and existing clients with a view to gaining new business
