Our client is an established company based in Epsom looking for an experienced Administrator to join their friendly team. Due to expansion and the winning of new contracts, they are seeking an experienced and capable Administrator who can take charge of the smooth running of a contract.

Job Description:
- Responsible for the running of a contract
- Scheduling engineers to carry out works for commercial customers nationwide
- Liaising with customers to confirm works
- Booking accommodation where necessary for engineers carrying out jobs further afield
- Completing job sheets
- Organising permits for engineers
- Ordering parts
- Producing quotes
- Answering phone calls
- Responding to emails
- Raising invoices for balance payments and deposits
- Providing general office support to the team
