Due to ongoing expansion, our client is seeking an experienced Engineer to join their team. This is a varied position involving installation, maintenance, and fault-finding across a range of security systems. Covering London and surrounding areas Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:30pm.

Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE) + overtime pay

Out-of-Hours callouts: 1 week in 5

Job Description:

  • Installation of Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control Systems.
  • Plan work schedules proactively to minimise disruption and complete tasks within the shortest possible timeframe.
  • Maintain accurate records of van stock and client asset inventories.
  • Anticipate potential breakdowns and prepare effectively to achieve a first-time fix.
  • Provide customers with informed recommendations on new products and services that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage tasks efficiently and manage own workload.
  • Provide effective remote support to customers and colleagues over the phone.

Person Specification:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the industry is required.
  • Full, valid UK driving licence required.
