This is a varied administration role where you will play a key part in supporting the customer journey from order confirmation through to delivery, ensuring all administration and order processing is completed accurately and efficiently.
Duties Include:
- Processing customer orders once signed contracts and deposits have been received
- Creating and maintaining accurate customer files and documentation
- Updating the internal system with confirmed customer details, surveys and signed approvals
- Ordering parts for service call requirements
- Coordinating and creating weekly delivery schedules
- Liaising daily with surveyors and handling incoming enquiries
- Managing and updating the system with delivery dates and project updates
- Supporting the wider office team with general administration duties
- Ensuring all customer information and orders are processed accurately and within deadlines
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous administration and order processing experience is essential
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Enjoys dealing with customers and providing a high level of service
- Able to work well within a team and manage a busy workload
- Computer literate with experience using internal systems/databases
- Well presented, reliable and punctual

- Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 depending on experience
