Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 (DOE) + Commission + Company car + Annual bonus (performance-based) + Opportunities to progress.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to inbound leads via door-to-door outreach, phone, email, and web enquiries.
- Identify new customer segments and outreach opportunities in both residential and commercial solar markets.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and referrals to convert interest into consultations or site surveys.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts in collaboration with the Sales Manager and technical team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Coordinate and schedule calls, meetings, and follow-ups post-quotation.
- Make a strong first impression and maintain clear, professional communication throughout the early sales process.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy.
- Escalate technical questions or concerns to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project transitions.
- Stay up to date on solar technologies, government incentives, and energy trends to better engage with clients.
