We’re looking for a motivated Local Sales Executive to drive revenue from local businesses, to join our client’s successful and growing Sales team. Enjoy the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, rewarding your hard work and success with limitless earning potential.
- Based in Aldershot
- £18,000 - £25,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission (average of £5k - £7.5k annually)
- Hybrid 1 day (after probation)
- Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5:30pm

Job Description:
- Achieve and surpass individual sales targets.
- Secure new business from local advertisers while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
- Support company objectives by promoting the full range of products and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Consistently meet daily targets for high-quality outbound calls.
- Schedule and conduct the required number of in-person meetings.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with Marketing Managers and business owners in the local community.
- Engage actively in sales meetings and contribute to team initiatives.
- Foster strong internal collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate and timely administrative records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Person Specification:
- Dynamic and driven with a ‘sales-oriented’ mindset and a positive, energetic approach.
- Passionate about media, marketing, and communications, with the ability to sell innovative concepts and solutions.
- Confident communicator, both over the phone and in face-to-face interactions.
- Self-motivated, professional, and proactive with a strong drive to succeed.
- Friendly and approachable, skilled at building lasting relationships.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a strategic, forward-thinking mindset.
- A balanced ‘hunter-farmer’ approach—proficient in securing new business and managing client accounts.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required.
