Project Administrator Due to expansion, our client is looking for a dynamic and meticulous Operations Assistant to partner with their Operations Manager. If you’re an ambitious self-starter who is eager to kick-start a career in financial services, this is the ideal opportunity for you. * Based in Woking * £25,000 – £28,000 salary (DOE) + bonus * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm * Breakfast and lunch provided Job specification: * Offer comprehensive administrative support to the Operations Manager. * Manage and update data, ensuring accuracy, while preparing internal reports. * Drive process improvements by proactively identifying and implementing ways to streamline operations and enhance cross-department coordination. * Assist with compliance oversight, ensuring procedures align with regulations. * Contribute to key operational projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables. * Engage with clients to provide excellent support and service. * Assist with various ad-hoc office management tasks as needed.
