Pensions Administration Associate Consultant Winchester |Hybrid Working | Defined Benefit Pensions Focus Overview: Our client is expanding and seeking experienced pensions professionals to join their Winchester team as a Pension Associate Consultants. The role involves overseeing day-to-day Defined Benefit (DB) pensions administration for key clients, ensuring compliance, managing workloads, and supporting junior staff. Key Responsibilities: * Review/check team members’ work for accuracy and compliance. * Maintain in-depth knowledge of client schemes, processes, and legislation. * Act as primary client contact, ensuring high service standards. * Support development and mentoring of staff. * Monitor industry changes and adapt practices as needed. * Suggest process improvements and manage work peaks effectively. Requirements: * Strong DB pensions admin experience (consultancy environment preferred). * Progress toward APMI qualification. * Degree or equivalent education. * Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
