Job Description:
- Manage the marketing inbox, responding promptly, taking necessary actions, and escalating issues when needed.
- Handle marketing invoicing and accruals accurately and on time.
- Support the creation and updates of marketing materials in line with brand and regulatory guidelines, including design, proofreading, and distribution.
- Regularly review and maintain existing content across all channels.
- Assist with product launches, updates, and updating materials and web content within tight deadlines.
- Help maintain and update content across three websites.
- Support customer communications, working with internal teams and external agencies.
- Create and send updates, including new product launches and changes.
- Contribute to marketing projects such as research and campaigns.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in an office environment (preferred but not essential).
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Confident in following established processes and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
