To support continued business growth, my client is creating a dedicated role focused on managing quality, compliance, and sustainability requirements. Working closely with Sales, Operations, and Management, the role will help ensure that customer, supplier, and regulatory requirements are met and exceeded. This role would suit someone organised, detail‐oriented, and keen to develop experience in quality and compliance within supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with annual sustainability reporting and related compliance activities.
  • Take ownership of quality and compliance administration.
  • Maintain and control company documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Support and coordinate ISO management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001).
  • Complete and manage customer and supplier questionnaires.
  • Act as a point of contact for quality and compliance‐related queries.
  • Support compliance documentation as required.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure procedures are followed and kept up to date.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce admin.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience preferred in sustainability, quality, compliance, document control, or administration.
  • Exposure to ISO standards or management systems would be an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of a new role.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate, A-Levels / HNC or equivalent (desirable).
  • ISO or quality-related training would be beneficial but not essential.

Personal Attributes:

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Methodical and process-driven.
  • Approachable and able to work with multiple departments.
  • Keen to build a role and grow with the business.
