Sales & Marketing Manager / Director
Leatherhead, Surrey | Hybrid (2 days office) Permanent | 37 hours | £70,000–£85,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join a growing business within the building services sector.
Reporting to the Managing Directors, you'll lead an established sales team, develop commercial strategy and play a key role in driving business growth, with a clear pathway to Sales & Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the sales team.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy.
- Drive revenue, gross margin and business growth.
- Manage sales forecasting, KPIs and CRM (Hub Spot).
- Oversee pricing strategy and customer relationships.
- Work closely with Marketing to maximise lead generation and ROI.
- Build relationships with customers, suppliers and key industry contacts.
- Attend customer meetings, trade exhibitions and industry events.
- Support the wider management team in achieving business objectives.
About You
- Proven sales leadership experience.
- Background in Construction, Industrial or Building Services
- Strong commercial awareness and forecasting experience.
- CRM experience (Hub Spot desirable).
- Experience managing and developing teams.
- Marketing experience and strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
