We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our team of professionals.

Job Specification

  • Collaborate with four Private Client solicitors/fee earners in conjunction with two part-time secretaries.
  • Prepare documents through audio typing and word processing.
  • Manage filing, including client file organisation per office procedures.
  • Handle mail preparation and dispatch.
  • Complete copying tasks personally if no office assistant is available.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for fee earners.
  • Set up and tidy the conference room for meetings.
  • Provide refreshments as needed.
  • Support and mentor other secretaries when required.
  • Assist clients in person and by phone with a professional demeanour.
  • Engage in necessary training for personal development.
  • Ensure confidentiality of firm and client information.
  • Complete online forms and utilise the Case Management System.
  • Maintain high standards of document presentation.
  • Identify ways to improve departmental efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

  • Significant legal secretarial experience.
  • Proficient in relevant IT applications.
