Duties * Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance activities, ensuring service levels are effectively maintained * Resolve queries immediately where possible, or manage them through to resolution * Produce required internal and customer-facing reports and documentation * Prioritise, monitor progress, and escalate support issues with customers and suppliers as required * Assist the Operations Manager with special projects * Develop strong relationships with key personnel in customer organisations * Undertake training to ensure a high level of knowledge is maintained * Communicate effectively with customers via telephone and email * Ensure ongoing communication and information is maintained with the customer * Build and maintain strong client relationships Qualifications * Educated to Degree level or equivalent * Customer service experience. * Strong attention to detail * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * The ability to work independently and as part of a team * A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work * Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks * Proficiency in Microsoft Office My client is committed to supporting the professional development of their employees.
