Our client is looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Client Service Executive to join their friendly, ambitious and growing team. You will be the first point of contact for client/customer queries via their service desk and telephone support line, while maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date information on their CRM systems. You will also play a key role in onboarding and training new customers, facilitating product enquiries, and supporting light account management activities in close collaboration with the wider Commercial team.
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
- Location: Leatherhead
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am – 5.30 pm
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days office)

- Proficient in Outlook and MS Office.

- Comfortable managing multiple customer enquiries at once and prioritising effectively.
- Strong follow‑through to ensure customer issues are fully resolved.
