Due to growth, our client is looking for a proactive and detail orientated individual to support the Business Compliance Officer with the day-to-day running of their ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS). You will also be involved with the development of their Environmental & Sustainability Projects.

Job Specification:

  • In this role, you’ll manage key quality processes including Non-Conformances (NCRs), CAPA, Complaints, and Change Control, as well as maintain and update SOPs, forms, and controlled documents.
  • You’ll play a vital part in keeping their business compliant and driving continuous improvement.
  • You will also be involved with the development of their environmental and sustainability projects.
  • Maintain and update QMS documentation.
  • Administer NCR, CAPA, complaints, and change control workflows.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Ensure records are accurate, compliant, and well organised.
  • Work closely with teams across the business to gather information and support investigations.
