About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment & Compliance Manager to lead our recruitment and compliance functions. You will oversee a team and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring processes are effective, inclusive, and aligned with best practices. In this role, you will develop recruitment strategies to meet workforce needs, enhance the candidate experience, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and data protection standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment for a wide range of permanent, temporary, and contract positions
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies
- Provide guidance and support to managers across the organisation
- Track and analyse recruitment data to drive improvements
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small recruitment team
About You
You are an experienced recruitment professional with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. You will have:
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or willingness to work towards)
- Demonstrated experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practice
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in dynamic or structured environments is desirable but not essential.
