About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Graduate Consultant to join a growing team in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced consultancy environment, supporting the delivery of client projects and internal initiatives. You will work closely with experienced team members, receiving full training and mentorship while contributing to a variety of projects across the business. We are particularly interested in graduates who can demonstrate some prior work experience, strong communication skills, and a positive, can-do attitude. Candidates who are confident, adaptable, and eager to learn will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of client projects under the guidance of senior team members
  • Assist in preparing and compiling supporting documentation and materials
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project work and decision-making
  • Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to support project delivery
  • Contribute to the development of project outputs, reports, and presentations
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records, data, and project information
  • Stay up to date with relevant industry updates and best practice where required
  • Support general project coordination and administrative tasks

About You

  • A recent graduate looking to begin a career in consultancy or professional services
  • Previous work experience (placement, internship or part-time role) is highly desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident working with clients and team members at all levels
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
