About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Graduate Consultant to join a growing team in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced consultancy environment, supporting the delivery of client projects and internal initiatives. You will work closely with experienced team members, receiving full training and mentorship while contributing to a variety of projects across the business. We are particularly interested in graduates who can demonstrate some prior work experience, strong communication skills, and a positive, can-do attitude. Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of client projects under the guidance of senior team members
- Assist in preparing and compiling supporting documentation and materials
- Conduct research and analysis to support project work and decision-making
- Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to support project delivery
- Contribute to the development of project outputs, reports, and presentations
- Assist in maintaining accurate records, data, and project information
