We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager – Executive Assistant to support senior leadership while overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is a varied and hands-on role requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact within the business, ensuring both operational efficiency and high-level executive support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support to senior management
- Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including minute-taking
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Act as a key liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders
Office Management Duties
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth running
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate with external service providers and contractors

Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role

What We Offer
- Basic salary of £35,000 – £45,000 per annum
