Our client is a well-established international business operating within a regulated technical environment.

They are looking for a detail-oriented Administrator to join their operations team.

This is a varied position where you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders, commercial agreements and supplier information are accurately reviewed and processed.

Working closely with multiple departments, you'll help ensure contractual obligations, quality standards and regulatory requirements are met while supporting the smooth delivery of customer orders.

  • Based in Esher
  • £28,000
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Monday – Friday, 7.5 hours a day that must be worked between 8am – 6pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review customer orders, quotations and commercial documentation to ensure accuracy before processing.
  • Verify contractual requirements and customer specifications, identifying any discrepancies or potential risks.
  • Process orders accurately within the company's ERP system.
  • Review supplier quotations to ensure they meet customer and business requirements.
  • Work closely with Sales, Procurement and other internal teams to resolve order or contract queries.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with internal quality procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Support compliance activities relating to international shipments and controlled products.
  • Escalate contractual or operational issues where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Assist with continuous improvement of internal processes.

About You

  • Previous experience within contract administration, order processing, commercial support or supply chain.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using ERP systems.
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to liaise across different departments.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience within a regulated, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace or technical environment would be advantageous but is not essential
