Our client is a well-established and growing business looking to recruit a Product Support Co-ordinator to join their friendly team.
This is a busy and varied role where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and efficient service via telephone and email.
You'll play an important part in ensuring enquiries are handled effectively, orders are processed accurately, and customers receive a positive experience throughout their journey.

- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, identifying appropriate solutions.
- Process customer orders, requests and amendments accurately.
- Maintain and update customer records using internal systems.
- Provide customers with clear information regarding products and services.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and service standards.
- Support the wider team in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Providing technical support, help and support
- Achieve agreed service levels and response time targets.
About You
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Confident managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload.
- Empathetic with excellent listening skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Able to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- A team player with a positive and flexible attitude.
- A practical or technical aptitude would be advantageous but is not essential.
