We're looking for an Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients within the IT recruitment sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative relationship management, strategic account growth, and becoming a trusted partner to clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing relationships with an established portfolio of existing clients
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for client hiring requirements and recruitment needs
  • Building a deep understanding of client businesses, objectives, and workforce plans
  • Identifying opportunities to increase revenue through additional services, placements, and account expansion
  • Conducting regular client reviews to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Taking detailed job briefs and providing consultative recruitment solutions
  • Managing the recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to successful placement
  • Working closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure an exceptional client experience
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and monitoring account performance
  • Contributing to account growth, client retention, and overall business success

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in account management, recruitment, customer success, client services, or relationship management
  • Strong ability to build credibility and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Commercially minded with experience identifying opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively
  • A consultative approach to problem-solving and client engagement
  • Genuine interest in IT and technology markets
  • Ambition, professionalism, and a desire to deliver outstanding client service

What You'll Get

  • Location: Epsom
  • Hours 08:30 – 17:30
  • Work from home on Friday
  • Salary: Up to £35,000 + uncapped commission
  • Holiday: 20 days, increasing to 25 with service
