Join our client’s growing team and play a key role in energy and thermal modeling assessments using IES VE. From early-stage design to final certification, you will contribute to a variety of projects, including SBEM and DSM assessments, Part L compliance, overheating analysis, and BREEAM/LEED energy credits.
We are looking for a proactive professional ready to jump in and collaborate with their energy modeling team. Based in Weybridge, the position offers a salary of up to £50,000 (DOE), Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.

Job Description:
- Conduct building energy assessments using IES VE, including SBEM, DSM, and overheating analysis.
- Support compliance evaluations for Building Regulations (Part L) and planning requirements.
- Contribute to sustainability assessments such as BREEAM, WELL, and LEED as needed.
- Present findings effectively to clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently with strong organisational skills.
- Stay informed on the latest energy modelling practices and compliance standards.
Person Specification:
- At least two years of hands-on experience using IES VE for real-world projects.
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, including Part L compliance.
