Our department manages partner platform integrations, client documentation, and automated data exchange systems. This is an entry-level position designed as a direct launchpad. You will build a strong foundation in our sector under the direct mentorship of senior peers, preparing you for clear progression into a fully autonomous technical specialist. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) * Solution Delivery: Act as part of a fast-paced team responsible for delivering new commercial solutions to market and maintaining our existing portfolio. * Integration & Systems Management: Assist in managing partner platform integrations, client documentation, and automated data exchange systems. * Testing & Quality Assurance: Gain hands-on exposure to our solutions, specialised enterprise software platforms, and validation testing in many forms. You will play a key role in ensuring our output is highly accurate and fully compliant with regulatory and governance requirements. * Learn & Grow: Build a deep understanding of team processes, carrying out day-to-day data and administrative tasks under the structured guidance of experienced analysts. * Problem Solve: Learn to identify, analyse, and escalate complex operational issues to leadership rather than trying to resolve them independently. * Project Support: Contribute to wider, ad hoc business and operational projects as directed by management.
