Contracts Administrator (Part Time) We are looking for an organised, proactive Contracts Administrator to join a busy roofing and construction team delivering refurbishment and re-roofing projects across occupied buildings. Key Responsibilities * Set up and maintain project files, documentation and records. * Support pre-start meetings and project administration. * Prepare Construction Phase Plans, H&S files and O&M manuals. * Manage compliance, sub-contractor documentation, training and certifications. * Place supplier and sub-contractor orders and monitor progress. * Coordinate toolbox talks, site reports, hire reports and extensions. * Support labour planning, resourcing and client communication. * Organise department meetings, minutes and follow-up actions. * Monitor PPE, H&S stock and general department requirements. * Use AI tools to improve efficiency and manage documentation. About You * Highly organised, proactive and detail-focused. * Excellent communication and time-management skills. * Confident with Word, Excel and Outlook. * Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude and learning new systems. * Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. * Construction or contracts administration experience is desirable but not essential. * Full, clean driving licence.
