Role Overview
This role drives creative direction across a portfolio of high-performing creators. This is a hands-on role focused on generating and shaping content ideas that drive attention, engagement, and conversion across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the content ideas pipeline for top-tier creators, producing a consistent flow of high-performing concepts
- Develop hooks, angles, and narratives tailored to each creator’s brand, audience, and platform
- Ensure creators always have a clear and evolving content direction based on trends and performance data
- Lead, manage, and develop a small creative team (3 assistants)
- Work closely with editors to translate ideas into polished, platform-optimised content
- Collaborate with camera and production teams to improve shot composition, pacing, and visual storytelling
- Provide clear briefs and direction to ensure alignment between creative vision and execution
- Oversee the scripting pipeline, ensuring hooks and narratives remain fresh and conversion-focused
- Continuously refine scripting frameworks and test new formats to improve performance
- Research trends, cultural moments, and platform shifts across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Adapt emerging trends into scalable content frameworks for creators
- Maintain a library of high-performing formats, hooks, and structures
