Job specification:
- Assemble and test electronic products and components
- Troubleshoot and fix technical issues
- Support customers with setup and basic guidance
- Keep accurate records to help improve processes
- Maintain accurate records to support continuous improvement initiatives
Person Specification:
- Have experience or a qualification in electronics, engineering, IT, or a related field
- Communicate clearly, even with non-technical people
- Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
- Enjoy helping customers and solving problems
