Our client is offering an exciting opportunity to join a growing digital business specialising in social media, talent partnerships, and online growth. As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities, booking qualified meetings, and supporting the sales process from first contact through to conversion.   • Minimum additional £25,000 OTE (uncapped earning potential)

Job description:

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
  • Book appointments and support the sales process through to proposal stage
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity updates
  • Follow up with prospects and maximise conversion opportunities
  • Conduct discovery calls and support proposal presentations
  • Monitor performance and work towards individual and team targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach and sales performance
