A great opportunity for an experienced individual to make this role their own. Working as an integral part of the team and a key player in assisting the General Manager and Managing Director to ensure the finance department of the business flows smoothly.

Based in Chessington, £32,000 – £35,000 salary (DOE), Monday – Friday, full time working hours. Hybrid working available.

Job Description:

  • To implement a range of protocols and systems to ensure accurate and reliable invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all invoiceable works and goods supplied to projects.
  • On a daily basis, raise invoices using quotations.
  • Liaise with employees to clarify works completed and confirm any extra works or products used, then modify and re-issue invoices to suit.
  • Work with the General Manager and Managing Director to establish credit limits for new and existing customers.
  • Be fully responsible for all credit control aspects of the business and ensure that monies are received within terms.
  • Proactively chase outstanding payments via the phone, on a daily basis to reduce debtor days.
  • Produce payment reminders and work with the senior management team to provide debtor reports for review.
  • Prepare and send out monthly contractor statements.
  • Ensure all invoices and statements are accurate.
